Installation exploring queer encounters and Polari - a covert vocabulary spoken particularly in the 50s and 60s by queer people to connect and evade arrest.  A double-edged sword that used humour and playful language for survival.  This show included work with sound artist Matt Lambert and an interview with a friend who had experiences of imprisonment in 1960s for ‘importuning’ and ‘masquerading as a female’
